Description
"Ein Mensch blüht wie eine Blume auf dem Felde; wenn der Wind darüber geht, so ist sie nimmer da, und ihre Stätte kennet sie nicht mehr"
"As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, And its place remembers it no more."
This concept came from reading the last chapter of Karen Traviss's RC novel Order 66, when Kal Skirata gets to see the last holo pics of Darman, Etain and Kad together as a happy family.
The above psalm is also the intro of Margereth Mitchell's novel Gone with the wind. I like the German version of the psalm somehow more. I thought it fitted the situation very well, when the happy family got destroyed by the winds or rather storms of Order 66 - it was so terrible to get through the last pages
