The Force Awakens was plainly boring and unimaginative, nice eye candy though but it was just some Jar Jar Abrams space movie with tired characters in it, that were supposed to be Star Wars. Not my Star Wars, that is.

I have a blog now at The Velvet Letters where I write about books I read, movies and series I watch or spontaneous thoughts I have.
It's German only but I might add an English section, too, as I read and watch in English a lot.

Where's my motivation?
It has been too long since I submitted a finished picture to dA, like over two months or so. Last year my graphic tablet broke, but that didn't stop me from drawing pencil pictures. But from some point I couldn't get myself back into drawing, even though I had ideas but either no time or the will or the patience to finish a sketch or a doodle. I got a new job in fall last year and now another one, plus I'm taking care of a roleplay-board.
Free time is scarce, but even on weekends I do not feel the drive to draw, or I begin something and can't seem to finish it because I think it sucks. Basically, I want to draw but I feel like I lost all the

Locher [the host of the report]even commented (translated from German) on the emblem:
„And they also have the ‘Team Six,’ that carried out the mission. They don’t have the skull in their emblem for nothing.“
Locher didn’t seem to notice (or care) that the skull in question was from a Klingon

Just swinging by to say-- thank goodness someone else agrees. I'm floored by all the positive reviews. Wondering if the audience and I watched the same movie, lol, since I thought it was completely crammed full of trite, recycled garbage and brought nothing new or even better than average to the table.
